Intellectual Property Rights and DMCA Compliance Policy

At Castle, we value and respect the intellectual property of creators and ensure that all users of our platform do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted material has been improperly used or infringed upon through our services, you are encouraged to submit a notice following the procedures outlined by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

To notify us of alleged copyright infringement, please provide the following details:

  • A clear description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
  • The specific location of the infringing material on Castle’s platform (e.g., a link or URL).
  • Your contact information, including your full name, email, and phone number.
  • A declaration stating that you genuinely believe the material in question violates your copyright.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, affirming the accuracy of the information provided in your notice.

2. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you feel that your content was mistakenly removed or incorrectly flagged, you have the right to submit a counter-notice. To do so, include the following:

  • Your contact information.
  • A description of the content that was taken down, along with the URL or location where it was originally found.
  • A declaration under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to an error or misidentification.
  • Your signature or the signature of a representative authorized to act on your behalf.

Once we receive either a DMCA notice or counter-notice, Castle will evaluate and process it in accordance with the law.
