2. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you feel that your content was mistakenly removed or incorrectly flagged, you have the right to submit a counter-notice. To do so, include the following:
- Your contact information.
- A description of the content that was taken down, along with the URL or location where it was originally found.
- A declaration under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to an error or misidentification.
- Your signature or the signature of a representative authorized to act on your behalf.
Once we receive either a DMCA notice or counter-notice, Castle will evaluate and process it in accordance with the law.
